# CS-Cartにおけるお金の流れ
CS-Cart for ECモール & マーケットプレイスでは、
* **決済（クレジットカード、コンビニ決済、銀行振込）**
* **取引手数料の徴収**（出店者 → モール運営者）
* **出店者への売上の振込**
を[Stripe Connect](https://stripe.com/jp/connect)というサービスを通じて行います。
この記事では、CS-Cartにおけるお金の流れについて解説します。

## フェーズ1. 決済と収益の自動分配
顧客が商品を購入（決済）した瞬間、Stripe Connectの仕組みにより、売上金が自動的に「モール運営者用」と「出店者用」に分割されて蓄積されます。
### アクション
ユーザーがCS-Cart上で商品を注文し、全額を支払います。
### お金の動き（同時進行）
* **モール運営者へ** : 事前に設定した料率に応じた「取引手数料」が、モール運営者のStripeアカウントに振り分けられます。
* **出店者へ** : 商品代金から手数料を引いた残りの金額が、出店者のStripeアカウントに振り分けられます。\
※ 出店者のStripeアカウント（モール運営者の子アカウント）は、本人確認の際にバックグラウンドで自動作成されます。出店者は自身がStripeアカウントを保有していることを意識しません。

## フェーズ2. 出店者の出金プロセス
出店者のアカウントに蓄積された売上が、モール運営者が設定した既定値を超えると、出店者はCS-Cartの管理画面から出金を申請することができます。
### アクション

* [売上の出金を申請](https://manual-sellers.cs-cart.jp/tips/apply_payouts)します。
### お金の動き
出金申請後、2営業日以内に指定した銀行口座に売上が振り込まれます。

## フェーズ3. モール運営者の出金プロセス
モール運営者はStripeの管理画面から申請することにより、蓄積された取引手数料を自身の銀行口座に移すことができます。
### アクション
モール運営者は、Stripeの管理画面（ダッシュボード）にログインし、出金操作を行います。
### お金の動き
モール運営者のStripeアカウントに蓄積されていた取引手数料が、モール運営者の登録銀行口座へ振り込まれます。
